JAMB UTME/DE registration starts 12th February 2022 and ends 19th March 2022.

However, there is now an adjustment to the exam date and the 2022 JAMB UTME would be held between Friday, May 6 and Monday, May 16, while the mock examination exercise, earlier scheduled for April 2, would now be held on April 16, for candidates who registered early and indicated their willingness to sit for the mock UTME.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Thursday denied commencing the sale of application forms for the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) application documents. This was reported by a Nigerian news publishing site – Daily Post.

However, in a recent development, the board has now announced a fixed date for the commencement of the 2022 JAMB Registration Process.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board on Monday announced that the registration for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and the Direct Entry examination will commence by February 12, 2022. The board made this known in its weekly bulletin released by its Director of Public Relations, Dr Fabian Benjamin, and made available to The PUNCH in Abuja. In the timeline of events attached to the bulletin, the board announced that the

“UTME/DE registration starts 12th February 2022 and ends 19th March 2022. Mock examination holds on 20th April 2022. UTME holds from 20th to 30th April 2022”.
