About NALDA

National Agricultural Land Development Authority, NALDA is an agency of the federal government of Nigeria established for the proper development of lands for agricultural use. The agency is seeking to employ qualified youths from across the federation to deliver assistance to the three main NALDA pilot projects that are ongoing.

At least 100 youths each from the 774 local governments in Nigeria will be needed in 2021 alone to pilot the projects. NALDA’s goal is to have at least 2000 youths from each local government in the coming years. Basic Requirements for NALDA Recruitment 2021

All interested applicants for this year’s NALDA recruitment 2021 must take note of the following requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines
  • Must be a Nigerian citizen by birth or descent
  • A recent passport photograph
  • A Local Government Identification Letter which is to be presented during the physical screening 
  • Must not be above the age of 35
  • Must have National Examination Council (NECO)/General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level with passes in four (4) subjects obtained at one sitting or five (5) subjects obtained at two sittings including the English Language
  • National Diploma (ND) obtained from a recognized institution. National Certificate of Education (NCE) from a recognized institution; or General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) in two (2) subjects obtained at one sitting or three (3) subjects obtained at two sittings.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with web application tools
