• Admission letter printed from the JAMB e-Facility website.
• Original JAMB result slip printed from JAMB e-Facility website.
• Verify the two documents with your school’s admissions office.

Step 1: head over to the JAMB matriculation list portal by following this link: 

https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/efacility/checkmatriculationlist

Step 2: In the drop-down option, select your JAMB examination year.

Step 3: Enter your JAMB registration number into the field provided.

Step 4: Choose “Fetch My Details” from the list of drop-down items

Step 5: Lastly the system will match the details you have provided with the information on the JAMB matriculation list portal. If your name is on the list, Congratulation! You will see it in the format we have shown you earlier.

What to do if Your Name is not on JAMB Matriculation List for NYSC Mobillization

In some cases, admitted students’ names can be missing from the database, and in such a case, if that applies to you, here is what you need to do:

1. Log in to your JAMB profile
2. Check your adission status for the year you plan to enroll.
3. Print out a copy of your JAMB Admission Letter and Result Slip
4. Take the two document for verification by your institution’s admissions officer.

Your admission officer can rectify this on the JAMB CAPS portal and your name will be included on the matriculation list.

If after you log in to your profile portal and what you see is a different course of study entirely different from that the institution has provided for you, then what you need to do is JAMB Regularization, Follow this link to regularize your JAMB admission status and align things together.

Steps to Check Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

Your admission status must show congratulation before you can have your name on the JAMB Matriculation List. Here are steps to checking this:

1. Go to https://www.jamb.gov.ng/Efacility on your Google Chrome browser (desktop recommended) and enter your registered email address and password to login and access your CAPS dashboard
2. Click on the ‘Check Admission Status’ link
3. Click on ‘Access my CAPS’
4. Click on ‘Admission Status’.

From here, if you have been admitted you will get a response with your Photo Image being displayed and a text Congratulating you on your admission offer, and you can now either reject or accept the admission offer. Otherwise, you will see a “Sorry No Admission has been Given Yet“.

If you have been offered admission, ensure you either accept or reject the admission on time.

How to ACCEPT or REJECT Admission on JAMB CAPS 

1. Go to the JAMB E-facility portal at https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/efacility/.
2. Enter your Email Address and Password and log in;
3. Click on ‘Check Admission Status‘;
4. Select examination year;
5. Provide your JAMB registration number and click on the ‘Access my CAPS‘ button.
