Listed above are the approved English Language scheme of work for primary 5 first term, 2nd term, and 3rd term by the federal ministry of education in Nigeria and it applies to all public and private primary and Montessori schools in Nigeria.

Both the private and public primary schools in Nigeria use the same English Studies scheme of work for primary 5 from the first term to the third term.
